Acts 10:1-33

MESSAGE SUMMARY

Sometimes we think if our faith is growing and if we are progressing forward.
More often than not our faith is tested and challenged when it comes to making the decision in regards to our next step.

The story of Peter shows us that most of the time when God leads, it is not a fully programmed route map that shows us every step of the way. Typically God leads us step by step, He invites us to follow Him by revealing what we need to do when we need it.

Both Cornelius and Peter have no idea what is installed for them when God told them what to do. Cornelius did not know what Peter was going to share or if Peter was going to come, but he obeyed and sent people to invite Peter.
Peter did not know the purpose of going to Caesarea, but he obeyed. Neither did he know what he was going to say, but he followed.

God leads us a step at a time, He has invited us to follow Him.
How are we going to respond? Are we going to drop everything as Peter did?
Or are we going to deny and run away?
What are you struggling with to follow the next step that God has invited you to take?
