Coming to worship service and listening to sermons with little expectations;

looking for good sermons to feed one’s appetite but have no intention to change
To truly listen is to obey, to act faithfully out of love.
- To listen is to obey
- Listening is not just blending in with the crowd
- Listening bears fruit
Three actions:
- Pray for a soft heart and ask God to speak to you, maybe even open hands.
- Avoid a consumeristic attitude
- Practice listening and responding to God.
