Last week we remembered the death and resurrection of Jesus. We were reminded of how much God loves us, so much that He would die for us. We also learned some ways detectives use to find the truth by hearing from Detective Wallace who investigated the story of Jesus' death and resurrection for us.
At the end of the investigation, a lot of evidence shows us that Jesus did die and rise from the dead. Wallace also tells us that if we investigate the gospels fairly, without biases, we will end up believing that it is true.
The resurrection of Jesus is extremely important and gives us hope. If Jesus never resurrected, everything we believe in would be pointless. Therefore, this week, thank God for sending His only Son Jesus to die for our sins which gives us a new life and an eternal relationship with God.
