Hi Youths,
Last Saturday was the last week of our Perpendicular series. Through this series, we learned that:
- Week 1: Busyness isn't our purpose. Our purpose is perpendicular: to love God and others and help others to do the same.
- Week 2: We are to love each other and be open and willing to make new friends with people around us.
- Week 3: We can show our love by stopping to help and care for others in need even when we are busy.
This past Saturday, we learned that when we live perpendicularly, loving and caring for others (what Jesus has done for us), it makes the people around us naturally curious about who we believe in and gives us the chance to share about the Good News of Jesus.
Hopefully, now that you've all practiced drawing and explaining the gospel on a napkin, you can share the Good News of Jesus with everyone around you! :)
