Hi Youths,
This week, we saw how even though Abraham already said "yes" to God, Isaac, as Abraham's son, had to make his own decision to say "Yes" to following and submitting to God and His authority. Isaac had to show up and trust God for himself in order for the promise that God made with Abraham to continue through him.
Maybe you can relate to Isaac because you also have parents who follow and trust God or maybe you are the first one in your family to trust and follow God, either way, throughout the next couple of days, spend some time thinking about this question: Do you trust God more than you trust yourself and do you want Him to be a part of your life?
Remember, you have to make your OWN decision to say YES to following and submitting to God, no one else can make that decision for you.
