I Believe in God the Father Almighty
- God is able to do all His Holy will
- By His power, God created the heaven and the earth, divided the Red Sea and led the Israelites wandering in the wilderness for 40 years
- For nothing will be impossible with God. (Luke 1:37)
- With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26)
Distrust of Authority Figures
- Too many scandals in power being abused in politics, religions and families
- People with power do not manage the authority correctly
- Resulting our distrust of authority figures, and it projects to our lack of trust in the Almighty God
From Great to Good
- God in the Bible is not just all-powerful, but also all-good
- Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! (Ps 106:1)
- God is willing to rescue His people from adverse situations, including death (Ps 107)
- If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! (Matthew 7:11)
God is all-powerful and all-good
Let’s put our total trust in Him.
