Pastor Ava Lee

Ava is the Youth and Children Ministry Officer responsible for the development of KEC’s growing children and youth ministries. Ava has been serving at Karpos since “Day One” in 2006 and became a staff member since 2015. Inspired by Pastor Bill Hybel that the local church is the hope of the world, Ava believes that the church is playing an important role in the lives of children and youth. Ava loves to create and prepare the best servant teams and environment for children and youth to encounter the love of Christ at the local church.

Ava’s education training in accounting and finance has been valuable to her, especially in the areas of ministry organization and servant management. Ava is married to Wilbur, and she has spent fifteen years staying home to raise their three children. After acquiring many hands-on parenting experiences through bringing up her own children, she is truly passionate in supporting and empowering other parents. Ava loves learning, telling stories, making stuffed animals and needle works.
