Introduction & Recommendation:

Carson has profoundly shaped KEC's worship culture. He manages a worship ministry that spans three weekly services, while also personally writing training materials and developing our musicians.

Recognizing the rise of the next generation, he spearheaded the launch of our English ministry in 2022. Beyond designing sermon series for the weekly English services, he helped launch English small groups for high schoolers, college students, and young adults. He is both a highly skilled musician and a meticulous planner who handles heavy ministry demands with grace and ease.

As a gifted communicator, Carson delivers sermons that are culturally relevant, deeply moving, and grounded in truth, earning him deep respect from our younger generation. Despite his outstanding talents in music and preaching, Carson remains incredibly gentle, humble, and teachable. Over his 17 years here, he has fully embraced KEC's ministry philosophy and demonstrated deep trust in the pastoral team.

He has completed the 400-page reading requirement and preparation document, showing he is thoroughly prepared for God's calling. The Lead Pastoral Team and the Church Council enthusiastically recommend and support Pastor Carson Li's ordination as a reverend at Koinonia Evangelical Church.
