We miss your family! How is your family doing this week? Spring break has officially ended and some of your children may have reunited with their teachers and friends online. How do your children feel about this new learning environment? We will continue to keep your family in our prayers this week. Send us a message if you have a prayer request or your family needs some help. Don’t hesitate to reach out to the church staff team at karpos@koinoniachurch.ca. May God’s comfort be with your family. God's love and faithfulness is steadfast through this time of change and uncertainty. May His presence bring joy and hope.

We long to worship with you and your children, therefore, we have prepared the following resources for your family.

This week we will be starting a new series called CLUE. When we think of Easter, we may think of colourful eggs and rabbits. But there is more to Easter than just that. In this series we will become detectives to look for clues and discover the true meaning of Easter. We will learn about Jesus entering Jerusalem on a donkey, having a special meal with His disciples, the crucifixion and resurrection. We will end this special series with Jesus ascending to Heaven and giving his followers a special mission.

Let’s begin our worship:
1) Watch: Elementary Worship Video
2) Find: The Triumphal Entry Wordsearch
3) Do this activity: Follow the Clues Picture Activity
4) Pray: Say this prayer to God
“Lord, thank you for sending Jesus to come to earth to die for us. We remember Jesus during this period of Easter. Lord help me to remember the grace and mercy and sacrifice shown by Jesus. In Jesus name Amen”

Special Announcement for parents:
We have a special Easter Sunday activity planned for the children and we will need your help! We have sent you a separate email letting you know the details of the activity and how you can help prepare.
